By entering the “2020 Aquis Fantasy Draft” competition you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of entry:


1.1Entry to the Competition is free of charge.
1.2Entry to the Competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years of age or older.
1.3Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
1.4Entrants must agree to the Terms and Conditions of entry in order to be eligible as a Prize winner, including agreement to receive promotional material from Aquis Farm Pty Ltd and William Inglis & Son Pty Ltd.


2.1The Competition commences on Monday 13 January 2020 and concludes on Saturday 31 July 2021 at 11.59pm.
2.2Entrants must register their participation during the registration period from Monday 6 January 2020 to Friday 31 July 2020.
2.3Entrants will have a fantasy budget of A$5million to pick their fantasy Draft from the 2020 Australian and New Zealand yearling sale catalogues.
2.4Entrants can also select one (1) Divine Prophet and one (1) Kiss And Make Up yearling at any cost to include in their Draft.
2.5The horses selected will be entered to the Entrant’s fantasy Draft at the price they were sold at auction.
2.6Passed in lots may be entered to the Entrant’s fantasy Draft at their recorded Reserve price.
2.7For horses selected from or earning prizemoney outside of Australia, exchange rate will be calculated at the ASX recorded exchange rate at the commencement of the Competition.
2.8Each Draft must be limited to a maximum of 20 horses that cumulatively may not exceed the A$5million budgeted allowance. The budget allowance excludes the one (1) Divine Prophet and one (1) Kiss And Make Up horse, which will be considered bonus horses.
2.9Horses may be swapped into and out of your Draft up until Saturday 31 July 2020 at 11.59pm at which time the Draft is considered final.
2.10Every Draft must have at all times one (1) Divine Prophet horse included.
2.11Every Draft must have at all times one (1) Kiss And Make Up horse included.
2.12Prizemoney earned by your Draft from all Australian and New Zealand two-year-old races will qualify for your Draft’s earnings.
2.13Prizemoney earned may include additional incentive scheme bonuses including but not limited to QTIS, BOBS, BOBS Extra, VOBIS, SuperVOBIS, WestSpeed and SABOIS.
2.14The winning Entrant will be the Draft who’s stable of horses has amassed the most prizemoney up to the Competition conclusions on Saturday 31 July 2021 at 11.59pm.
2.15From the commencement of the first two-year-old races in the 2020-21 racing season, a weekly top ten (10) Entrant rankings will be emailed to all Entrants. Communications will also include the Entrant’s own Draft prizemoney accumulated earnings.
2.16Entrant’s Drafts are considered final at the conclusions of the registration period on Friday 31 July 2020 at 11.59pm.


3.1There will be three (3) cash prize winners. The winners will receive cash Prizes as set out in the below table:

3.2Total cash Prize pool is valued at A$200,000
3.3Following the conclusion of the competition period, the winning Entrant will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. Winning Entrants will be notified no later than Monday 16 August 2021.
3.4The winning Entrant will have 48 hours from the time and date of the notification to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize.
3.5If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be transferred to the next highest ranked stable and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.
3.6Winning Entrant Prize will be paid to the Entrant’s nominated bank account no later than Tuesday 31 August 2021.

4.2The Promoter (Aquis Farm) reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the competition.
4.3The Competition refers to the “2020 Aquis Fantasy Draft” competition.
4.4The Entrant refers the to individual able to claim the Prize at the conclusion of the Competition.
4.5The Draft refers to the stable of horses the Entrant compiles for the Competition.
4.6The Prize refers to the three (3) cash prizes eligible for payment at the conclusion of the Competition.
